Custom Order Form + Policies
Please read our policies and order process below before filling out our custom order form.
After completing our custom order form, you will be contacted via email or Instagram about your order. Please try to get back to us as soon as possible.
A nonrefundable, $50 custom order deposit is required for hats, and $25 for sunglasses, after discussing your initial ideas as soon as possible. The deposit will contribute towards the final cost of your custom order.
If you need your order in time for a specific event, be sure to make note of that in our custom order form! Please give me an exact date you need your order completed by.
If you are wanting a custom hat past a festival deadline, and/or within a week or two of a specific event, a $75 rush order fee is required should I be able to take your rush custom order.
If you are wanting a custom pair of sunglasses past a festival deadline, and/or within a week or two of a specific event, a $25 rush order fee is required should I be able to take your rush custom order.
Please keep in mind that processing time takes ON AVERAGE 6-8 weeks, sometimes longer depending upon the amount of orders I have, how far in advance you placed a custom order for an event, etc!
Once your custom order is done, I will let you know and you will be required to pay the remaining balance on your order through our "Custom Orders" page on our shop. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL I EITHER RECEIVE THE ENTIRE PAYMENT IN FULL OR I RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT YOU STARTED A PAYMENT PLAN! Please be respectful of this and I will try to keep you updated on a timeline for your order as much as possible so you can be prepared!
Custom orders for sunglasses start at $35 and can cost as much as $65, depending upon the design elements that you want and the amount of time it takes to finish your sunglasses.
Custom orders for captain's hats start at $175 and can cost as much as $500, depending upon the design elements that you want and the amount of time it takes to finish your hat.
Custom orders for cowboy hats start at $150 and can cost as much as $650, depending upon the design elements that you want and the time it takes to finish your hat.
I am OCCASIONALLY able to take on special custom order requests that go outside of what I usually make, such as special kinds of hats, other objects, etc. The prices can vary greatly and these projects, if accepted, can take longer than my usual processing time, so if you are thinking of placing a request for a special project, please keep these things in mind.
I am not able to take payments for custom orders in any other way other than the custom deposit and final payment on my website.
Rainbow Rave Hats does not accept returns or exchanges after you receive your order. However if anything comes up with your order, PLEASE let me know and I will do what I can to make it right!
I have the right to refuse service at any point during the custom order process if I feel that it is necessary. Reasons for refusal can include clearly not reading my policies before completing a custom order form, being disrespectful towards me at any point during the process, etc.
